Pricing Data Accuracy

Pricing data displayed on ChargeBuddy.ai is sourced from public databases including the U.S. Department of Energy's Alternative Fuel Stations database, the Open Charge Map, and crowdsourced user reports.

Pricing data is not guaranteed to be accurate. Charging networks frequently update their pricing, and there may be delays between price changes and our data reflecting those changes. We strongly recommend confirming the price at the station or through the charging network's official app before initiating a charging session.

Service Provided "As Is"

ChargeBuddy.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lissjos Engineering LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

No Affiliation with Charging Networks

ChargeBuddy.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any EV charging network, including but not limited to ChargePoint, Electrify America, EVgo, Tesla, Blink, or any other charging network operator. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Crowdsourced Reports

By submitting a crowdsourced price report or station feedback through ChargeBuddy.ai, you grant Lissjos Engineering LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, display, modify, and distribute the submitted information for the purpose of improving the service and providing accurate charging data to other users.

Modification and Discontinuation

Lissjos Engineering LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability
